What type of baseball bats do you use?

We use professional sized (34 inch) wood souvenir baseball bats just like the big leagues use! Our bats are premium quality and custom made for EngravedToLast by leading USA wooden bat suppliers from Northern White Ash or Maple. They are clear of any markings, logos or graphics, sanded and coated with lacquer prior to engraving as you direct. We use Big Barrel Bats to provide the most engraving area.  In addition to our plain bats we also carry Rawlings, Vintage Adirondack and Louisville Slugger bats to give you even greater choice.  With EngravedToLast you’ll be giving an authentic personalized wood baseball bat engraved with your message and logo, sure to please and be remembered.

How can I order from EngravedToLast.com?

You can order on-line 24 hours a day at www.EngravedToLast.com. If you have a question about ordering or require more engraving than available on-line please give us a call at 518-580-1122, 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri, 8am-Noon Sat. If you call after hours, please leave a message and we’ll call you the next business day to assist you with your order.

How do you engrave a bat?

We use state of the art computer-guided laser engraving equipment specially created for engraving baseball bats. Our engravings are premium quality, sharp, crisp and beautiful. Every engraving we do creates your unique masterpiece, your one of a kind personalized gift.

How long does it take to engrave a custom engraved personalized baseball bat or rack?

Production turn-around time is generally 5 -10 business days. There are times when we can accommodate shorter time periods so please call first if you need your order quicker than that.

What do I do if I need additional engraving?

Give us a call or send an E-Mail using the “Contact Us” page (always leave a phone number where we can contact you). Share with us what you would like engraved. Then order your gift on-line, leaving the red customizable fields as they are. We’ll engrave the bat as you have requested once your on-line order is received.

What can I get engraved on a bat or rack?

There are many possibilities. In addition to words, we can engrave logos and graphics which you load with your order. In certain instances, as with our Signature Bats, we will use a scanner to load a hardcopy graphic into the computer. Simply follow the directions provided when you need additional engraving beyond what is available on-line.

If I have a graphic to engrave, where and how do I send it?

You will load it as a .jpg or .gif file when you order. In certain cases we will have you e-mail it as an attachment to info@engravedtolast.com, or send hardcopy or CD’s/Disks to Engraved To Last, P.O. Box 693, Saratoga Springs, NY  12866. You may also in certain cases fax clean copy to 518-580-1122.

If I have a color logo or graphic can it be engraved?

Black and White graphics engrave the best. Color graphics may engrave well. If you only have a color graphic, send it and we’ll modify it best we can. In those rare cases where we need to work on your logo extensively, we will advise you of additional charges that may apply for the additional production time required. If the quality of your image is un-usable we will let you know prior to engraving.

If the logo is trademarked can EngravedToLast engrave it on my bat?

EngravedToLast respects all trademark laws and requires written permission of use be supplied from the owner of the trademarked logo before we can engrave a trademarked logo. If such permission is requested by EngravedToLast you may simply send the written permission on the trademark owner’s letterhead (including contact information for the trademark holder) via e-mail or fax 518-580-1122. Trademark logos include many types of logos such as MBL team logos and names, corporate logos and saymarks.

If written permission is requested and not supplied you may have your bats engraved with a non-trademarked logo, without a logo, or the order may be canceled with a $25.00 administrative charge.

How do you ship and how long do shipments take to receive?

EngravedToLast ships smaller orders for 1-2 bats and certain smaller racks via United States Priority Mail Service. Allow up to 3 business days for your gift to be received. If you are on the west coast it might take three full business days. If you are closer to Pennsylvania it will probably arrive sooner. Larger orders are shipped via United Parcel Ground Service. Allow up to 5 business days for receipt depending upon your location.

Can we get express shipment?

If you need express shipment contact us at 518-580-1122 and let us know. We’ll make every effort to get your order completed and out via express delivery. We use either UPS or Fed-Ex and charge only the difference in rates along with a small “rush” charge.

How can I track my shipment?

We’ll provide, via e-mail, either a www.USPS.com, www.UPS, or www.FEDEX.com tracking number which you can use to track your shipment.

Can I return a personalized bat?

Personalized bats may be returned for replacement only if there has been an error in engraving made by EngravedToLast.  EngravedToLast accepts no responsibility for customer errors including misspellings, grammar, capitalization, incorrect choice of bat options and other errors.
